Dear Honorable Governor Bush, I strongly encourage you to uphold the recommendations of the FWC Commissioners and continue to support the ban on feeding marine life while on SCUBA or snorkel. As with any wild creature, this alters their behavior and disrupts the delicate balance of our fragile ecosystem. Furthermore, the feeding of marine predators poses a dangerous threat to public safety by conditioning them to associate humans with food. I would not feel safe in waters where marine predators associate humans with food. To view wildlife in their environment, behaving naturally is educational and positive. To adversely impact wildlife under a veil of it being educational is narcissistic. Please uphold and support this ban.
